Staff Wellbeing

Staff wellbeing is something that we take as seriously as student wellbeing. We understand that there are a variety of different pressures that we all experience in our roles and, through our research, we have come to understand that many of these things that impact our performance at work are actually linked to things going on outside of work.

In an effort to support staff in maintaining balance between work and home, we have provided them with the Wellbeing Wheel. This is a tool for personal reflection and we prompt all of our staff to do this at the start of every half term.

If any staff members reflect on these segments and feel they may need support then we offer a variety of routes in gaining that support:

  1. In person - come and speak to a trusted individual in school or across the trust and let them support you on your journey.
  2. On this website - you will see tabs on this page that have links to a number of organisations that can offer help. You do not have to tell anyone you have accessed the help, but do remember that being part of our community means there is always someone there to help.
